About the event

You are invited to meet with Mary-Ann Booth, candidate for mayor of West Vancouver, at a forum she will be hosting on Wednesday, September 5th at 7:30pm at the West Vancouver Community Centre to consider our environment when planning for the future of West Vancouver.   Mary-Ann is committed and interested in hearing from you about the improvements our District must make to address environmental sustainability for West Vancouver.

Greenhouse gases, zero waste, renewable energy, EV charging stations, creek health, foreshore, forest and wildlife preservation,  and our right to a healthy environment are just some of the areas she would like to discuss.   A great number of citizens currently volunteer their time to preserve our environment which is a top priority for all of us.  Mary-Ann looks forward to hearing from you about what else must be done to ensure a sustainable future.

Doors open at 7pm.   Light refreshments will be served.  Please bring your own beverage container to help us reduce waste.

Consider walking, biking, carpooling or riding transit to minimize your carbon footprint.
